The mindfulness infinity breathing board  is designed to be carefully and slowly traced with your child’s Finger or included feather.

The breathing board encourages children to bring the focus back to the breath by concentrating on slow deep breathing while participating in a simple tactile task. This helps distract them from challenging thoughts and feelings while invoking the bodies relaxation response.

Using our breath in an intentional way can alleviate feelings of worry, anxiety, fear, anger and overwhelm. Calm breathing can help us regulate and bounce back from big emotions.

Deep breathing sends a message to your brain to tell your body to relax. The cross lateral design of the infinity breathing board connects the left and right hemispheres of the brain encouraging calm and focus.
